Svp aide moi je suis sous stress parce que je suis en train de perdre mes chers videos .mon problem est quand j'ai installé windows 10 sur windows 7 et bien sur j'ai fais ça sans formatage au début j'ai selectionné sur l'un de mes videos elle marche normalement mais apres 2 jours windows 10 n'arrive a lire aucune audios aucune videos meme avec vlc et windows media player et codec

Que-dois je faire?je suis perdu svp svp aide -moi

with what file type are you having a problem?  mp4?

Yes sir I can't open video mp4 withe any media player but i can download video from youtube and media player can read it .

right click an mp4 > click open with > select 'another app > navigate to your vlc player and tick 'always use this app to open mp4 files'.

Player open without reading video and i show the name of type of all my photos and audios ..videos is the same "kovasoh file"
