Missing frames while exporting video/media

So, I drew a total of 125 frames in Animate CC and after I exported it as video/media the video stopped at the 123rd frame and ended like that, so the video didn't have the last two frames.

That should not happen. I assume there's no stop action on frame 123. What if you inserted a couple more frames in your timeline?
