My .fla is corrupted, but the .swf file is fine. Is there some kind of way to bring it back?

Hello, I've spent the last few weeks working on an animation in CC 2020, and I was editing the sounds in the timeline. I tried to copy a sound frame from a previous animation in an older version of Animate and the file glitched out while importing. It wouldn't let me save after this, and it said that an error occurred with no further details the next time I tried to open the file. I'm just learning to make backups of every save, so my lesson is learned, but I was hoping there was a way to bring it back somehow. The .swf file still works, and the .fla file still has all of the same file sizes. Is there a way to bring it back? I have both files here. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/kx1dww1pbxhk9/

I used WinRar to inspect your FLA file, but it is corrupt, and none of the assets can be restored.

I had more luck with decompiling the SWF file: use a tool like

https://github.com/jindrapetrik/jpexs-decompiler/releases/tag/version11.3.0

to decompile the SWF, and retrieve the assets.
