Add Subtitles in Video Component html5

Hi 

I have been working on an elearning course containing the Video Component and I wonder, does anybody know if its possible to include subtitles in the video?  

I have been researching the issue without any luck, hope someone has a solution.

you can't edit the video in animate.  you can add text to your timeline that displays as the video plays and you edit the video in premiere pro or in after effects and add text to the actual video.
