New Document window GLITCH - Animate CC

Anybody know why this window looks this way on my Cintiq? It's the New Document Window... I can't even click anything. I had to drag it to the other monitor for it to work.

Have you tried a uninstall and reinstall? Do you have the right driver for your Cintiq?

Uninstall / reinstall animate? Or my Cintiq driver?
