Object Drawing not transparent

Help , my drawing object not transparant (other object ) when i double click it 

when i create a new document , it doesn't transparent . but my old document its transparent

Hi,

How do you define drawing object? In latest version we have the following buttons for the Classic Brush:

Lock fill buttonLock fill button Notice Lock Fill button enabled with blue border.

See if that helps.

I think that the OP has just switched to Full Preview Mode and is complaining that when entering the Drawing Object for editing the rest of the scene does not get lighter.

 

To activate the default state of things all that needs to be done is to go to the View menu and choose Preview Mode > Anti-Alias.
