Pixels are sometimes off in sprite sheets

Hi! A friend of mine got this problem: Animate is sometimes creating a few pixels between sprites when generating a sprite sheets. After searching a long time for a fix I'm starting to think it's a bug, but if anyone could help it would be much appreciated!

My initial guess would be to ensure that when placed upon the stage, that everything is aligned to whole pixels - but that may be of no help, either.
