Play sound at a certain time

I want to play a sound at a certain time on the timeline. Will it work with animate? At this time I only have Edge Animate and it does not support sound.

Thank you for your posting. I am using edge animate 1,5, in this version it is not possible to import audio files, right?

FYI Edge Animate is not in development any more and the forum will be closed. I would recomment you use AnimateCC Canvas instead. Let us know if you need help You should find tutorials in Animate CC itself to help you start.

BTW in version 1.5 you can add a js library for sound. for example

Hello Clay, I have the version 1.5 of Edge Animate. I have tried to download the new version and bought the CC abo, but it doesn't exist on the cloud.

So how could I add sound to the older Edge Animate? I have made 20 animations with this tool and I cannot change to another software.
