Trying to export to fla file to mov and mp4. Process happens, Media Encoder opens, I process file, but it appears that only the first frame is transferring, so mov file or MP4 file show as 5s length, when it should be about 22s. I have followed all the procedures from watching several training videos, but still no joy!

Any help much appreciated.

In the export options you can choose between how much time to export and how many frames. Check to see what that is set to. Also, look to see if you have any code in the timeline, that might be doing a stop();

Hi Colin,

Thanks so much for that, I had video control buttons within the animation and actioned from the timeline with an offending stop() on frame 1. No longer need video controls as included in mov and MP4 exports.

Many thanks again, you're a star!
