Resolution issue on mobile

Hello, I am currently working on publishing html5 canvas content through Adobe Animate. When viewing the content on desktop, everything looks good but after zooming in/out on mobile, the stage becomes very blurry and the text is illegible. I've confirmed that it's not an image issue because when I open the image itself on my mobile, the resolution is fine, even after zooming in. Additionally, I have disabled the export as texutre option so this is not the problem here (as many other people have said previously).
