Rotate tool bug

I use adobe flash cs5.5

This group is made of 3 other groups

When I rotate it. This happens

Objects inside of that group move

How to fix it?

Layer your objects inside a Graphic Symbol container.

Avoid using groups as much as you can. Ideally never use groups.
