Silent Audio

Hi, I'm trying to get a .wav sound file to play (which plays just fine outside Animate) on the timeline in Animate CC, but when it is imported into the program, it shows up as having no sound content, so when I play what I have, it's completely silent. I tried converting the sync to stream and converting the audio itself to mp3, but neither of those worked.

Please help!

Hi mate,

In an audio program make sure the sound file is 16-bit, 44kHz; save it as PCM WAV and it should play fine.

Most likely yours deviates from these specs.

Hope this helps!
