SWF files in PowerPoint presentation OFFLINE

So, I have an SWF that I need to run in a powerpoint presentation, the file is running perfectly as long as I have Internet connectivity. The problem is our meeting area not always has internet, since this is a presentation run by other people, they do not have the possibility to open this file in any other program.

The files are load locally but the problem remains when offline. I cannot convert the files to video since it's required to run some actions and buttons that interacts with the user so IT HAS to be swf. Is there a way I can work this around?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much, it's the closest solution and works perfectly without internet.
