Tablet not focused on animate window

I have a Wacom drawing tablet and I have it so I can use it on one monitor out of the 3 I have attached on my computer. For some reason though whenever I have adobe animate focused with my tablet the cursor goes to all 3 monitors on the screen instead of the one I have setup with photoshop and illustrator. Why is that happening?

I believe all the answers are in all the older threads:

Install an older version (such as An CC 2019) until the fine gentlemen at Adobe release an update for v.20 which does not ignore the Wacom driver's mapping.

whats system are you on? whats the OS? Is your Adobe animate up to date? Do you have the latest wacom drivers?

There is a fix available for these mapping/drawing related issues in the recent update (v20.0.3) available in Creative Cloud Desktop app. After installing please follow below steps.

1. Edit-->Preferences-->Edit Preferences-->Drawing-->Tablet Input-->Windows Ink(Beta)-->Press OK
2. Open a new/created document for the changes to take place.

Note: Please be aware this option is a beta version and you might face some stylus interaction issues over the Application. It that case you can switch back to Wintab mode until we fix the issue with the Windows Ink option.
