TEST MOVIE - MouseWheel not responding

Hello all,

I'm experiencing an issue both with the new 2020 version of Animate (and previous versions) in MacOSX...where I'm unable to test interactivity with the MouseWheel using 'Test Movie' in animate. 

Note:  if I publish the movie as a projector, the mouseWheel functions correctly.  This just adds an extra and inconvienant step to the testing process.

Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
