the adobe anime cant be run and use

I not able to use the adobe anime, once i click, the interface of begining page is running but after tat it just gone and the software totally no respond.

I even log thi case to the team. But 2 week they cant give me the solution. They keeping me install other version to try on it.

Now my tab there got 4 version and all of them is not functioning at all.

Anyone face this issue?

Can you answer some questions please:

1. Are you talking about Adobe Animate (when you say anime)?

2. What's your operating system and version? (Windows, MacOS etc.)

3. "Now my tab there got 4 version ..." can you tell us the version numbers and build numbers of those?

4. Please try to be more specific ...

Did Animate crash or is it still running but does not respond to any of your clicks and inputs?

What are you trying to do when this happens?

Maybe attach a screen capture if that makes sense?
