There are three bugs in Animate 21.0 on my laptop MacBook pro and the macOS is Big Sure 11.0.1. You can see them on the images (marked with the red circle).

I can not click the three icons: the Clip the Content Outside Stage icon, the Rotation tool, and the Center Stage button.

Animate is one of the few apps that does not support Big Sur yet.
