Trouble Accessing Purchased Products

I bought the All Adobe Creative Cloud Apps package with the student discount but I can't access the app I need to use for my college classes. I have already tried logging out and selecting my account as a student account but it didn't work. The app I've been trying to use is Adobe Animate. I used the free trial of it before I purchased the package and now it says I have to buy the product before I use it and I already purchased the All Apps package. I'm on a monthly plan and just bought the package on January 31st or February 1st. I'm unsure why I cannot access this app since I got the package. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm behind on my school work  because of this glitch.
