Hey there. Just thought I'd ask if anybody could pose a to my problem.
Having terrible trouble actually trying to pay for Animate so I can use it again. I got it a while back, and it has been inactive for most of the year, and I hadn't any cash in my account, so I wasn't able to pay the monthly fee, so it basically disengaged. Now that I can, I can't seem to actually purchase it again. All my details are in place and correct, but no matter what I do, it seems to either not recognise the info, or just won't accept it. Any suggestions?
Have you spoken with Adobe?
