Tweened movie clip during a camera zoom changing size when exported

I have a movie clip with a motion tween on a 3d rotation that happens during a camera zoom and it looks fine when played on the stage but when exported the symbol increases in size for the duration of the tween. Any help with how to fix/avoid this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi mate,

First thing to try is to convert the motion tween to frame by frame animation, ie each frame to become a key. If that works, you're done.

If it doesn't, what is your target format?

Is there animation in the movieclip that you need to play or is it just a one frame thing?

If it's one frame you can export a PNG sequence and render video out of that in Premiere or similar.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, turning it to frame by frame fixed it! Didn’t have much experience using camera moves or motion tweens before this so I hadn’t thought to do that.

Glad it helped, mate!

Well... it's just such a wacky implementation. How would you know that things that are supposed to work would not work and everyone would pretend there is no problem for years...

Camera too is half-baked and does more harm than good.
