Hi,

I see a lot of tutorials mentioning the looping options and the three options, "Loop, Singe Frame, and Play Once'. But am unable to locate them in properties pane of symbols in Animate CC 2020. Can someone please help?

Click on the symbol, then open the propertites panel. In the section "Looping" you'll see the three options (icons) for that symbol (Loop, play once, single frame). Remember that the symbol needs to be a Graphic, not a Movie clip. Good luck!
