Video Component in Animate CC is slow when Publishing

I have placed a video component within the timeline of an HTML5 banner ad and added an H.264 MP4 to it (in the source). Everything, including the Preloader, are all ticked in, except Controls. When I hit Publish it takes about 3 seconds for the banner to show up and start playing. If I remove the VIdeo Component, it loads instantly - so I have isolated the problem to it.

I have tried in different browsers and always the same story.

Is there something that I'm missing way to make it load instantly?

Would appreciate any and all help!

All HTML5 Canvas components load the full jQuery library.

Is there a workaround? Or an alternative to jQuery to load video? I've seen other samples of people using video component and those load quickly.
