How do I add the video component to HTML5 canvas Animate 2020 there is no component. I want to add mp4 video file. How do I?

Open Components, Video, and drag the Video component onto the stage. Use the Component Parameters panel to choose the video file.

The components are not displayed in Animate 2020 after updating.
I'm on 20.0.1, which I think is the latest.
