VR Video in Animate 2020

I would like to use a 360 degree video in an standard Animate Air application. The video should be rotated with the mouse like in Youtube. https://youtu.be/EyVxBqltWyo

VR was on the feature list for a while before AIR was turned over to HARMAN. Not sure if it was to do with video specifically though. They might be considering something?

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately I can't find a way to integrate the 360 degree video into Adobe Animate.
