Why Google Play Console rejects one of my apps updates?

Today I tried to update two android apps. Both in 32 bits and both with the Admob Milkmangames ANE last version (11).

Both apps have been on Google Play for more than a year.

One got through with the message that 64 bit will be required on August 2020.

The other one didnĀ“t get through. There is an ā€œERRORā€ about the 64 bit requirement which doesnĀ“t allow me to update the app.

As it says here: https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2019/01/get-your-apps-ready-for-64-bit.html:

ā€œGoogle Play will continue to accept 32-bit only updates to existing games that use the following SDKs:

ā€¢ Adobe Air software and the AIR SDK - until August 2020ā€

So I wonder why one app got through and the other did not.

Does anyone here has got a similar situation?

I already sent an email to Google Play developer support.

are you sure?

they both should have triggered 64bit warnings, not errors.

if, however, you have an error about your signing key, that's a common, but different, problem

Never got a reply to my email from Google Play support.

Finally I tried again today and just got the warnings. No errors. So I was able to update the app.
