Windows 10 window behaviour.

I open Animate...it opens in maximised/full screen mode.

I click Restore (the overlapping squares icon top right.) and the window gets smaller.

I relocate and resize the Animate window to suit my requirements.

When I am finished I close Animate.

I reopen Animate, but it has forgotten my window settings and it opens in full screen mode again.

I click Restore (the overlapping squares icon top right.) and the window gets smaller but it has forgotten my settings so I have to relocate and resize it again.

This is unlike my other Windows apps! How do I get it to behave normally?

Thanks, Jim

So, I suppose I should raise this as a potential bug?
