ラウドネス調整がうまくいきません。

ターゲットラウドネスを-24LUFSに設定し、ラウドネス一致で書き出したのですが、ラウドネスメーターで計測すると-23.7LUFSになってしまいました。

Auditionでは正確に-24.0LUFSに調整することはできないのでしょうか？

ITU-R BS.1770-3ラウドネスを選択したうえで、ターゲットラウドネス-24.0LUFS, 許容量0LUにしますと、-24.0LUFSになります（TR-B32のYamakiのメーターで、24.0LKFSになることを確認しています）。

許容量の設定が、0以外になっていませんでしょうか？

許容量を-2LUのままにしておりました。

0LUにして調整したところ、EDIUS上でも-24.0LKFSになりました。

Loudness will vary over time especially if there are plenty of high and low points in your waveform. Target loudness is just that, a target, it won't hit perfectly all the time otherwise your waveform would be a solid block 😁

As has been mentioned decreasing the Tolerance level to 0 LU in the Match Loudness panel will give the most chance of getting close to the figure of -24 you're looking for.
