It seems like my recordings are clipping for some reason. I switched from mac to Windows and I'm very confused why this is happening. Can someone help me out? Here's a video so it's more clear.

The thing about your example which is most revealing is that it's clearly not a buffer issue, or anything like that. What I can see in the gaps where there is no speech is background noise, so it looks very much as though the recording process itself is continuing correctly.
This has all the makings of intermittency (i.e. a temporary break) in your mic lead! How are you actually making the recording?

I use a Windows 10 Laptop and I just connect my mic. (USB Blue Yeti) I just hit record and start talking. Remember, I used Mac and nothing was amiss when using it.
