リミックスを有効化する方法

音楽をマルチトラックに挿入、新規マルチトラックセッションを作成した後にデュレーションでリミックスを選択できないのですが、解決方法をご存知でしょうか？

メニューのクリップからリミックスの有効化の選択もできない状態になってしまっています。

With your track loaded and highlighted, go into its Properties panel, twirl down on Remix and enable it. You can set the duration here as well. It works fine here.
