Adobe Audition CC - Disjoint files when copying within a session

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. My company just upgraded all of our machines to 11.1.1.3. It solved some of the problems I was experiencing with the previous version, but now I have new, more intrusive, issues:

1) When copying an entire promo within a multi track session, it will place the copied files over in disjointed fashion. Causing me to have to re-tweak the promo. A major pain and complete waste of time.

2) When I voice track and stop the recording. Resuming recording renders zero wave forms.  I know it's there because I can hear it on playback, but the visual wav is no where to be found.

You should really be running the latest version 12 of Audition CC 2019. There were several bugs ironed out in this recent version which might include the problems that you are having now with v.11.
