Adobe enhance speech not working

Whenever I try to use the Adobe enhance speech website it takes a lot longer than normal to load, then when I upload clips they get stuck at "enhancing speech" or "queing" indefinetly, I had 1 clip that managed to finally work but when I try and download it it gives me like 20 error messages.

Sorry, nothing we can do about that. I have to say that whenever I use it, I don't have any issues with it. This may be because I'm a 'Premium' user...

When was the last time you tried to use it, it was working fine yesterday.
