Another Problem with Audition 2018

Nov 15, 2017 Nov 15, 2017

The challenges with changes made to the upgraded Audition 2018 just keep coming.

I record a podcast on two tracks in Audition and insert pre-recorded sound effects and advertisements in to track two so that they overlay with track one. Until my recent upgrade everything worked well. Now, when I export my sesx file to an mp3, the exported file doesn't recognize track two any more. It's silent.

Yesterday the entire track two didn't export leaving my podcast with only my voice. I had to move everything to track one so the entire show could be heard.

I record on an iMac using a Presonus Fire Studio mixer and Heil PR40 mic and Skype.

LATEST

Similar issue since the latest update.

I can only mix down 1 track. If I select multiple tracks, the upper tracks become either silent or a horrible unlistenable electronic distortion. I have tried mixing down previous multitrack files again (which had already been mixed down perfectly prior to this latest update) and the exact same issue occurs. This adds to a list of issues I've had since the latest update that have taken me hours to fix. Now the latest bug is stopping me from running my online business.

Just got the latest Adobe suite invoice for a product that is not working!!!
