My Project has recently been working great with third party plug ins until last night when I updated Audition. Now Audition crashes during Export>Multitrack>Mixdown. I tried reverting back to earlier verson of Audition that worked great yesterday(pre-update) and it' thes still crashing. I also noticed that the RAM seems to be working much harder today.

I'm afraid that with zero information, we really can't tell you anything at all. If you have a proper crash - as in Audition closed itself down - then you need to follow the steps provided here: Audition Crashed - now what?

Thanks Steve,
Should I immediately send a crash report to that address or first follow the directions provided ? I'm really struggling with this crash. It quits and closes Audition in a split second. Export>Multitrack Mixdown>ok>CRASH
I hope I can find out why the plugin worked so well for so long then BOOM !!! I tried updating T-Racks 5. Maybe I need to change the location of the two problem plug ins.
Appreciate your quick response

I'd send it to audbugs@adobe.com, regardless. If you have the offending plugin on a single track, what happens if you try rendering the track before the mixdown?

I wanted to do that but I attempted it wrong by selecting all in the audio editor then effects then apply but it cut off the beginning. How should I render it ? It's a mono bass track.

You shouldn't have to select anything; you just click the lightning 'render' button at the top of the effects rack, and it will render whatever's on the track. Or at least it should...

Super late response, but I also was having this same problem when using Dehumanizer 2 Simple Monsters plug in. The fix that I found by trial and error was: Go to Effects- Audio Plug-In Manger. Make sure your VST Plug-In Folder is the same folder the plug-in is installed. If you push default it will throw things off, so just delete the default and add back the folder were the plug in is intalled. For me it was C:\program files\adobe\vst plugins. Hope this helps
