Please can anyone advise if these bangs can be removed with the spectral waveform tool? I am having trouble isolating them to removed them from under the interviewee's speech. I'm not experienced enough with this tool to know whether to keep trying or accept when I'm beat! Thanks in advance.

No, you won't be able to shift all of those. For instance, the one under the word 'wonderful' is completely integrated with the word, so you don't stand any chance with it. You'll only really be able to shift the bangs that don't have any speech with them - the bangs and the speech occupy pretty much the same bandwidth.

Hi Steve

Thanks for confirming this. As I am producing these tracks for a client, I just wanted to have the confidence to confirm to them that they can't be cleaned up anymore! Many thanks for your advice.
