are more efficient the vst or vst3?

just a question are more efficient the vst or vst3 plugins?

i have read about vst vs vst3 , for somebody vst3 are less stable but they have advantages (can work 64&32bit)

may i know your experience with audition cc ?

Maybe not helpful but I have some VST plug ins and a smaller number of VST3 ones.  Based on a very small sample I can't notice any difference in terms of speed of loading and operation or reliability.

My experience is that VST3 plugins don't require any management inside Audition Plugin Manager - they load automatically.  By contrast, I have to direct Plugin Manager to the folder(s) containing all my VST plugins.  Not a big deal, but for me, VST3 is more convenient.
