Audio cuts out consistently with 2 XLR Mics + Behringer Xenyx Mixing Board

Hello, 

I'm having issues recording two microphones and I'm not sure why. I've made sure that the project is the same bit-depth (24-bit) and they're both 48100hz

Any ideas? Below is a link to an example of what it's sounding like. I'm on a 2022 Macbook Pro M1 Max, 64GB Ram and over 800GB of computer storage available. Any thoughts? Troubleshooting Podcast V1
