Audition CC 2018 -> Open in Premiere, Edit Clip in Audition, Speech Volume Leveler, Dynamics Processing, Noise Reduction = Sounds great.

Audition CC 2020 -> Open in Premiere, Edit Clip in Audition, Speech Volume Leveler, Dynamics Processing, Noise Reduction = Tinny, artifacts, hollow

Graphic Operator believes issue stems from "Speech Volume Leveler" effect.

Same Windows 10 Pro v. 1909

Drivers updated, software updated to latest versions.
