Audio Playback Ruined after podcast Record

Hello, after a multisession podcast record, when i was about to edit it, Playing back, the audio was uselless a lot of noise and bad quality overall, the day of the record the audio was fine, so i dunno wheres the issue 😕

Since the highest peak in your audio is at about -30dB and most of it is effectively non-existent, I'm not surprised that it sounds dreadful!

 

I think that you probably need to sort out some rather fundamental things here to do with levels - whatever you're doing clearly isn't optimal.
