Hey,
I'm running into an issue. I have a music audio that I'm working with in my 5.1 mix. It plays fine in waveform but once I bring it into the multitrack session, it clicks and pops in certain areas, which are also noticeable on the exports. I'm not sure why this is happening. Is there a way to fix this?

You've either got the latency figure for your sound device set too low, or you have hit the streaming limit for your HD. If you have a lot of tracks, and they have effects all over them, then the thing to do is pre-render them; this means that there will be less of a processing load during the final export. This is quite a common problem. What you are looking for is this:
You can still change your mind if you want to alter anything - this isn't set in stone. Just remove the icon, change whatever you need to and pre-render it again.

I didn't really have a lot of FX on the tracks. On some individual clips I used the essential sounds function on a bunch of the dialogue clips though. I tried the pre-render function but that didn't seem to do it.
When I raised my IO Buffer Size from 512 to 4096... the problem was gone in program but when I watched the export it was still there. I attached the sound for example to see if you can hear it.. It happens around the 9s and 10s mark.
I also attached a picture of my multitrack session to give you a look. The problem is specifically with my music tracks at the bottom.

Thank you so much for your help Steven. I figured it out. It was a panning issue
