I'm hoping to get some assistance on this. I've had no luck with Adobe support on this.
We would like to internally use Adobe Audition to create Audio content. And then we would like to redistribute the created Audio content (PCM) as a part of the current QACT.WIN.7.1 Tool Product on Createpoint and future QACT Tool Products.
We do not want to redistribute or embed Adobe Audition in the QACT.WIN.7.1 Tool Product.
Is this something that we would be permitted to do with Adobe Audition CC?

To the best of my knowledge, there's no limitation on distributing audio stored as PCM (or any other format, come to that). What you can't do is distribute the tools you've used to create it - you have no rights to do that at all. Content is fine, just not tools. If it wasn't like this, then nobody could work with it at all! The only way that I'm aware of that would reveal what you created it with would be in the metadata, but that's fine - and you could even edit that out anyway, if you were desperate... (there's an entry in the standard RIFF relating to this)
