Audition CC2020 Track FX Presets Not Loading

Good afternoon. Recently, whenever I go to the multitrack mixer, and try to add preset effects to a track, I get a box that informs me that the preset failed to load properly. Am I missing something?

Can you outline the exact process you are using, please (with the actual effect and preset) - it works fine here. What it may mean is that your presets file is corrupt. If this is the case, then if you try to use the same preset in Waveform view on a file, the same thing happens. Is this the case?
