audition does'nt work for play

Hi there~

I import music file(wav or mp3) and play that.

But It doesn't working.

I cannot listen the music.

Help me.

First thing to check is that Audition knows about your sound interface and its settings

Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware

You need to supply a lot more info than that.

As SteveG would say we don't even know if you are on a Mac or PC let alone any other details

I'm so sorry.

I was in a hurry.
 
My OS is Windows 10 Enterprise and the version of audition is 5.0 build 708.
Processor: Inter(R) Xeon(R) Glod 6132 CPU @ 2.60GHz and RAM is 8 GB.
 
Usually after importing a file, double-click on the Files tab to upload it to the Editor.
After then when I press the space bar, the music will play,,,,,, but it won't play now.

I just click "Audio Hardware" mene on Edit and not adjust setting value.

But music play very well.
