Audition for MAC OS

where to find a test version of Audition for MAC?

I am using OS X El Capitan. 

Would it be necessary to upgrade on Catalina?

I don't know where you are, but in the UK there's a page specifically about this here - you will almost certainly find an equivalent for wherever you are by searching using the term 'Download Audition trial versions'. Read the FAQs carefully - failure to do this catches people out...

I am in Germany. The Link to the UK leeds to trial versions but when I click them my system says "incompatible" (the same on the German Adobe-Webside).

I even can not find out if there is an Audition version for Mac to buy or rather to subscribe at all.

Seems it is not possible. You can buy Software on Ebay but I am unsure if it can work.
