Audition tutorial asking me for the multilanguage.aif file? (Huh?)

im following the adobe audition tutorials, and its telling me about multilanguage.aif files in the files part, but i havent made a multilanguage.aif file, nor has anything been created! im so confused?

I think that there should be at least one download file to go with the tutorial - it's almost certainly there.
