hi there , 

unfortunately my computer had a breakdown, when i wanted to export a .sesx file. 

i looked up the backup and print screend the error message.

All Audition is saying is that it can't locate that file in the place it thought it was. This means that either you have to relocate it manually, or, if you can't, it's lost.

I hope I'm wrong but I think that that sesx file is corrupt.

Normally, if Audition can't locate the media you will get a message such as

"Warning: 2 of the 2 files referenced by the Session could not be found. Press the 'Link Media' button to locate the missing files now, or the 'OK' button to set the clips referencing missing files to offline, to be linked later."

The message that the OP is getting indicates to me that an internal reference ID is missing which indicates a corrupt sesx.

I could confirm that if I could examine the sesx file.
