Broken audio jumping and cutting – help needed please!

Hey guys, I'm in need of some major help as I don't even know how to explain the problem that I'm having! I've just recorded my podcast episode (30+ mins) and the whole audio jumps and cuts throughout. This is the intro piece for an audio reference.

I'm using a Blue Yeti mic that's mounted on an arm, along with a MacBook Pro to record. This is my 39th podcast recording and I've never encountered this problem before. Nothing has been changed since my last recording last week.

Is my episode salvageable in any way if it sounds like this? Or is there anything I can troubleshoot so I can re-record?
