He estado editando una mezcla y olvidé que necesito las grabaciones sin efectos para procesarla en otro software, cómo puedo recuperar mis audios crudos? 😞

If effects are applied in Multitrack view then you simply remove them, as nothing is printed to the raw files. But if effects are applied to a file in Waveform view and the file is saved, then you cannot get the original back at all. So it rather depends upon what you've done so far...
