Go to Window>Frequency Analysis. There is also, in the same list, a Phase Analyser available.

i guess the plugins are Pure Analyzer Essential and are not cheap 400€

You'll also find real time frequency analysis in many of the effects such as Parametric Equalizer and other compression and EQ effects in Audition.
