Can't export to premiere pro or desktop

Hey Everyone!

I am trying to export a project from audition to my desktop and it is not allowing me to. Even if I try to select one clip it won't download to my desktop. Also the option to export it to premiere pro is greyed out... 

I tried exporting it by doing file>export>multi mixdown>time selection> ... BUT when it exports I cannot hear anything. Nothing is muted or on "solo" so that's not the problem. 

Not sure what to do. Any help would be great!

Are all your tracks routed to the Master?  You can check this at the track header, left hand side of the track.
