Can't Install

I've been trying for a number of hours now trying to download adobe, but can't get it to run once downloaded, getting the same error code every time - either MSVCP140 or VCRUNTIME140. What do I do about this? I got audition to work one time, but once exited and trying to run it again, I ran into the same issue.

This is caused by C++ library .dll errors. The first thing to do is to run the CC Cleaner tool and try again.
